Downloadable maps for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2continue to generate huge profit for Activision. 

Infinity Ward community manager Robert Bowling announced that the Stimulus Package, the first map pack, set new sales records for PlayStation Network. 

Activision has sold over one million downloads in the first week since its release on May 4, breaking day-one and week-one sales records on Sony's console, according to Bowling. 

Sales of the Xbox 360 version, which was released nearly a month before the PS3 and PC versions, was downloaded over one million times in the first 24-hours alone, and week one sales reached 2.5 million downloads. 

Activision recently announced the second map pack, the Resurgence Pack, will be released on June 3 for 1200 Microsoft points, with the PS3 and PC versions again coming at a later date.
