I find it dissapointing that Splinter Cell is possibly going to sell more than Mass Effect2(another pc,360 only) which is 100x better

It's almost certainly shipped to retail of 360 and PC combined.  The 360 number on the site may be a little low if you expect more sales on 360 than PC and not too many copies sitting on retail shelves...

These PC games sales are definatelly not even close to 800k. This game has that shitty Ubisoft DRM on PCs, and as far as I know, it wasn't on anyones radar at all. I'd be surprised if it sold more than 150k on PC LTD.

Possibly Xbox sales are undertracked. And these numbers are most likely shipped across both platforms.
