It's almost certainly shipped to retail of 360 and PC combined.  The 360 number on the site may be a little low if you expect more sales on 360 than PC and not too many copies sitting on retail shelves...

Whatever, that's not bad for a game I found fun but a little flawed compared to the SC's of the past I prefer personally on PC.

Oh, I'm aware of that. But that's why I'm saying I'm not surprised, as its in line with expectations. IF it were Xbox 360 sales only, THEN I'd be impressed.
