sure seems like it, i dont even see alan wake anymore being discussed.... red dead is whats being talked about by all gamers and websites as a GOTY canidate.

anyways i think RDR stole every game's attention.

They couldn't have picked a worse release date for Alan Wake. Better watch out when a big Rockstar game is coming.

RDR's original release date was a week, or a few weeks ago, they delayed the release.. if I was Remedy I'd be pissed :)

you know ? i never thought RDR is going to be this hyped, not a lot of people owned the original game, some don't even know it exists.

The original Red Dead game (Revolver) was made by Capcom, not Rockstar. So both games were bound to be different. Hence, why I said "original". Rockstar expanded on Revolver, They didn't start over from scrach.

Red Dead Redemption would be the first Red Dead game built from beginning to end by Rockstar.  Hopefully this cleared up some confusion.

Alan Wake is gonna do just fine, but someone like me was just waiting for reviews before deciding which one to get and right now that seems like a no brainer.

It's probly because the critical prais that  Red dead is getting was suppose to be what Alan wake should have gotten from all the hype(You know the best graphics ,goty, AAA+.)
