Yet another trip to FUCKING best buy..

Alright so.. were to begin.. yea.. the only reason you even clicked on this thread.. MODNATION RACERS!

I was walking around, and say a large 60" SONY BRAVIA with modnation racers playing, and I thought "WOAH".. some guy with his wife was playing the game, and kept comparing it to mario kart. When he finished playing, I decided "what the heck! THe psp demo sucked, so lets try this out!" I must say.. it was FUN.

yep that's it.. it's fun, but the issue I have with it.. is.. the loading.. reviewers have said the loading is bad.. but even if you played in the beta.. THE LOADING IS VERY BAD.. I literally had to wait 6 minutes for a race to start... the loading really fucked the game purchase up for me.. But I am still looking into it, since it was very fun.

Other than that.. here's a suprise..

The PS MOVE trailer was playing on a TV in front of the console section (there were barely any ps3s.. lots of black/white wiis, and alot of 360 bundles and arcades) and a couple was watching it, and they bought a ps3 over there original purchase of a black wii.. I was shocked.. ofcourse an isolated event, but I thought I'd share that.

I also got a chance to test out the DS I XL, and my jaw dropped, it was HUGE. The upside to it is the screen size.. DSi felt like crap afterwards because of the screen size. I guess now I know why people would rather keep there PSP 3000 over a PSP GO, and it's because of the large screen.

I ALSOOOO saw a dude playing MLB 10 THE SHOW.. dam the graphics were PHOTOREALISTIC, too bad the controls are so complicated that the guy didn't know what he was doing, he told me he was playing because it looked real =P

Anyhow, that's about it.. PSP GAMES ARE CHEAP AS HECK, MOTORSTORM WAS $19, SO WAS JAK AND DAXTER, and LBP was $40.. so yea like I said that's about it.. I definately recommend modnation racers..

I've always said if SONY play their cards right PS Move can be very very useful for them in many ways.

What you saw is an isolated incident, but if SONY play their cards right with the proper killer app for it & market it in a very enticing manner it might not be such an isolated incident.

can someone explain to me why people type "SONY" and their products in caps?
i know i worked at the electronic Sony Ericson local publishing team , but no one ever did that.

For the same reason that Nintendo and Microsoft fans type those names in caps. No really Sony's logo is in cpas so that's the reason I think.

So they bought a console for motion controllers that don't exist yet, to play advertised games that haven't been released?

Well their going to be disappointed.
