Well since the PS3 version has extra content and I don't have a Xbox360 yet, it's pretty easy choice. But in our country, we currently got a new GAME (uk retailer) shops which have a preorder bonuses and large sales for PS3 games, so I'm getting Red Dead for 20 € on PS3 with Game preorder bonuses and PS3 exclusive content = profit.

I just ordered the standard edition, you don't really seem to get much for the special edition.

If you are thinking about platforms, then I think PS3 is probably the better one. Given that it is based on the RAGE engine that performed slightly better on PS3 than the 360 for GTA IV, if you can take the install then that is probably one to get. There is also some exclusive content, though I don't really know the extent of that, and for me, free multiplayer is very nice

I'm not sure what you mean. Which consol version or which game edition?

Oh if you mean which version, if SE or normal, I'd go with normal, for that extra cash you get 3 ingame items, which are distributed even solo from specific retailers, so paying extra cash for 2 ingame items seems a bit odd.

If its which game edition then I pre ordered the Limited edition. It comes with exclusive content like golden guns, special outfit and the warhorse and it only cost 5 euros more. I know I'm going to spend a lot of time playing this game so I figured why not get the extra content. Its always good to have extra content.
