Sure, but Live is only doing so well because of the 360's success. Also adding to Live's success is that the 360 is mainly a product in North America, basically the area with the most disposable income, so they choose the fattest market while Sony/Ninty are content to get other areas as well

ROFL, I love the whole

True Sony is "struggling" with the US mainly, while it dominates Japan and recently took Europe, so perhaps your comment may have some strength there especially on the "content" part, but to throw in "NINTY" ?!?!?!? ROFL, NINTY is DOMINATING, DESTROYING the 360 in the 360's OWN region AND EVERYWHERE ELSE! So seriously Ninty is definitely not content with the other areas because they dominate ALL areas. I assume the 360 was your purchase of choice, while the PS3 was my purchase and I got my 10 year old nephew his Wii, but please try not to be blinded by senseless fanboyism.

This is the worst argument that i've seen lately and I need to set this straight.
-Ninty vs MS in America-- we were talking about the success of ONLINE services alright, not total HW sales and so I made a statement about why the XBL has excelled itself. If you want to cherry pick people's arguments then that's fantastic, but try to understand the total message and you'd be thought of as more thoughtful and reasoned in the process. Again, we were talking about ONLINE services, and why MS is winning that part of the war. I could throw at you the totally obvious statement that MS has focused on online gaming to a greater degree than the other two, but I also like to not be Capt. Obvious all the time and to point out contributing rather than main factors.
-Sony/Ninty -- The point was to talk about how MS prefers to concentrate in north america, and that it is a richer market, and therefore will havea higher percentage of its users using the networked services than Sony or Nintendo.
That's all, I shouldnt have to explain myself and I've got a degree in finance (working on an MBA plus experience with marketing which is the big umbrella that any website devoted to sales will fall under) and I know what I'm talking about. There is no way in heck that you can label me as ignorant when you are the one that just doesn't get the point or even the implications of my statements.
