Ok, enought of 3D for X360 and PS3, or PS Move... I am talking about next gen gamming... 10 years Sony Window and X360 great marketing... soo... what´s left when talking about next gen?

Help me figure out scenarios:

1)X360 and PS3 will be embedded into TV´s, no more consoles.. I think this is a reallity, since Samsung has embedded internet and DNLA (as LG, Sony, etc..)..

   I was wondering: X360 will be embedded to LG Tv´s... and PS3 embedded to the obvious Sony TV´s.. Does that makes sense?

2)More obvious Cloud Services and Social integration, totally diferent of wahat LIVE and PSN offers today..  kind likely a virtual world sugestted by PS3 Home, but as the main system.. like a MIX, with weather channel, etc.. (all Wii+X360+PS3 has features, but not soo integrated)..

3)More MEDIA ready, as PSP has comic books, X360 and PS3 do MAGAZINE READING as experienced on iPad. So, there´s Media Market to explore.

And no, a PS360 will not be embedded in a TV, it requires too much hardware to be added to the TV. And when the next generation of consoles come around, those will be dated anyway, which sucks.

build in dvdr or blu ray write so u can download every game online and still have it on cd :D

He is talking abou ten years down the road, It is totally posible to fix a console into a tv, the computer company in my mall installs wiis into TV's and computer monitors so ten years from now with technology getting smaller and more compact it is possible, maybe not in a 15 in Tv but a 42in or bigger is def possible

Sony and Microsoft aren't going to spend money to have the PS360 installed in TVs, there's just not a good enough reason to justify that investment, and certainly not 10 years down the line either.

About hardware added to TV, more two or tree years will be a lot smaller and maybe even fannless...

A console built into a TV seems like too much work and technology in one chunk. if something breaks, then you have to send in the entire piece. Plus if that happens then buying a console will cost hundreds more than it needs to since you have to buy a TV along with it.

i can seee the tv thing happennig. sony console will probably be in toshiba's tv's to.
