Another typical douche. Wikipedia is far more reliable than vgchartz when it comes to past video game sales and information in general.The numbers for some huge games are still at 0 or they only display sales for one region.

Day late, dollar short, kid. Anyway, I have better things to do than argue the validity of Wikipedia. Shit, I should just go edit it so that it says Jimmy Hoffa lives in my basement. Maybe that would give me some street cred with the Teamsters so the bastards will finally fix my sink.

And yet you're still here. Yes, anyone can edit it, but that doesn't instantly make all the information on wikipedia devoid of any truth. Considering some of the ridiculous numbers i've seen in this place, i'd say Wikipedia is far more reliable. Ciao.

Mr_Immortal...sounds like a play on the fact Hus is Immortal when it comes to this site, as in, no matter how many times you ban him, he just keeps coming back for more. Anyways, I don't understand how when his first argument about MGS v Halo got burned to the ground, out of nowhere comes, GT DESTROYS HALO series, everyone knows that?!?!? This kid must really hate Halo, or something. Why so butt-hurt over a game if you hate it so much? Who cares? No one here gives a crap about how much you hate Halo. We also don't care for your lame thread trying to flamebait this entire site into a retarded argument, that you had no basis for to begin with. If you aren't getting enough attention at home, just talk to your parents about it, don't take it out on this site, its members, OR Halo.

 Dude,the Halo franchise only has 3 games. The Metal Gear series excists of  more than 10 games, only in the Metal Gear Solid series there are like 7 or 8 games.

So don't say they are on par, Halo is just one of the biggest franchises yet, you don't have to like the game but that's just facts.

 And for the record, I'm not a Halo fan I only found the first installment a classic. The 2nd was just over average and the third was good but not no classic.

MGS4 may have trouble outselling the latest 360 Tom Clancy (splinter cell conviction?) game in the US.

Why would MGS3 sell so much less then MGS2 even when the PS2 install base was much higher at the time? Competition from ubisoft's tom clancy series.
