What kind of RPG is Sonic RPG? ARPG?

KOTOR but Sonic?

Turn based?

Card based?

No information on that yet.  All the information we have is that it's being made by Bioware and it's on the DS.

Also, nice I didn't know Spore Wii was official.  I thought it was just an off comment a while back.

No Wii support?

That's the only Spore I know of, but it's being published by EA and they plan on releasing it on everything. With all the procedural generation involved (including procedural music by my personal god Brian Eno), it should be able to run on a calculator.

No More Heroes sounds better every day. I've been interested since I first read an interview with Suda51 in which he said his favorite game was Out of This World by Eric Chahi. That's all it took. Then I played Killer7 and loved it and I've been waiting for this ever since.

Out og this world? Now thats what I call a game. Sigh, unfortunately they dont make these great games anymore. Now I will sit back and reimagine playing Flashback.

Nope.  Just DS.   Of course Bioware is owned by EA now so it will probably be ported to every system known to man down to the Atari 2600 except the PSP.

Also: Mario Kart Wii will have old tracks? Oh, hallelujah! Here's hoping for 20 (four from each previous MK game)!

I'm a little disappointed, I was hoping for more new tracks than just 16. I really hope the total is more than 32. My hope is they go hog wild and just start adding tracks like some kind of track addicted fiend.

No More Heroes, as usual, looks better and better as more info comes out.

Too bad on Sonic RPG. BioWare=EA and EA=no sale.

Hoping for more than 16 is unrealistic. The past five Mario Kart games have all had exactly sixteen new tracks. It's always been like that.

However, if they select any more than three tracks from each of the previous MK games, I'll be enormously excited. That'll be a LOT of great tracks to race. ^_^

That's standard for Mario Kart.   There are always 4 cups of 4 tracks each.  Then there are 4 retro cups of 4 retro tracks each (at least in DS).  Personally, I like it much better that way.  16 realy unique and well designed tracks plus 16 old unique and well designed tracks = 32 great tracks rather than a whole bunch of nearly identical tracks like most racing games offer.

Also, that's ridiculous to not buy anything ever made by EA.  EA and their 2nd parties have made many of the best games in history such as The Sims, Comand & Conquer, M.U.L.E., SSX, and now Bioware's games and Spore.  Don't be so narrow minded.

No More Heroes looks like it's going to be a cult classic. It seems like the sort of game that will generate a lot of buzz by word of mouth and if it can draw in the GTA crowd it could get huge sales. Emphasis on could. I'm not willing to commit to a prediction on this.

We got Suda 51 last game Killer 7 for GC, man, that was one wierd game. But No More Heroes is looking more, uh, mainstream and could be really good. Keeping an eye on this one. Doubt it'll see great sales though. Probably a niche market.
