I think end of 2011 for Nintendo (3DS this year Wii 2 or whatever next year) possibly 2012, Microsoft 2012 and if Natal and or slim fails to increase sales a lot 2011, Sony should hold out until 2013 maybe even 2014 if move boosts sales and GT5 doesn't come out by 2013. IMO anyway 2014-2015 is wishful thinking on your part I think tech is reaching the point where a new gen is worthwhile, the current gen is getting a bit long in the tooth and Microsoft and Sony are running out of tricks to boost sales move and Natal smell of desperation TBH.

I agree with the 2012-2013 window for the relase of the next generation of consoles. Between all three consoles, I believe Microsoft will show their hand first.
The Wii, even though it sales are tapering off, is still a monster. It will probably wind up the best selling console of all time. Third party software sales may be lacking on it, but Nintendo's first party games and accessories are flying off the shelves. It's really not much different than the last couple of generations for Nintendo, it's just on a larger scale.
The prohibitive cost of the PS3 when it was first released looks like it will pay off in the long run for Sony. Disc storage constraints are not a problem for the PS3 and if GOW3 is any indication, there is still horsepower form the PS3 that still has not been tapped. I believe Sony is in the best position as far as hardware goes.
The 360 on the other hand, is the the console that will probably need an upgrade the soonest. DVD is just not big enough for the future of HD games. Plus on the technical side, you have not seen major progress graphically in the past couple of years. Unlike the PS3 in which you had Killzone 2, then Uncharted2, and GOW3 each push the graphics bar in succession, the 360 seems to have pretty much peaked with only minor room for improvement.
I also agree with your feelings about both Move and Natal. I don't feel either one will bring enough innovation to the table to create massive sales growth to sustain a longer console life cycle. They might have a few games that become a nice diversion from the norm, but I don't see anything special coming because of them. Plus add-ons just don't sell well. Even if you manage to sell through to 25%( which would be a big number) of your user base (Roughly 8-10 million units each), it's just not enough people to try and sell games to. And yes they will both bundle the hardware with consoles, but it will be at an increased cost. They are not going to give the equipment away for free or sell it for a loss. Neither company wants to take a loss on hardware again. In the end, it's just easier and cheaper to purchase a Wii. It's the known quanity for motion controls.
