PS3's SW sells almost as good as Wii's and DS' yet pS3 is 3rd in HW sales. Interesting.

Thank God the PS3 doesn't have piracy. In my opinion if I were a developer PS3 would be my first choice.

PS3 is the case in point about how damaging software piracy really is. Nintendo is getting destroyed right now from Wii and DS pirates. Iwata and his gang is in overdrive trying to emulate Sony's strategy for combating piracy in the next gen.
