i can see critics complain about this game for being the same as the first lol... it wouldn't surprise me at all lol

Yea well its tough to critique negatively when everybody playing it has a grin from ear to ear.

Ofcourse gamers don't have to deal with Armond White either. http://au.rottentomatoes.com/author/author-2725/

“When we make some new announcement and if there is no positive initial reaction from the market, I try to think of it as a good sign because that can be interpreted as people reacting to something groundbreaking. ...if the employees were always minding themselves to do whatever the market is requiring at any moment, and if they were always focusing on something we can sell right now for the short term, it would be very limiting. We are trying to think outside the box.” - Satoru Iwata - This is why corporate multinationals will never truly understand, or risk doing, what Nintendo does.

well its the same because its a sequel , i'd personally want them to return to the Castle and fields kinda setting, like in 64.

I´m pretty sure they eventually will, but what is for mario 3d after galaxy 1 & 2? I really doubt they can top them :p

That's an insanely good score, I don't think ONM ever gave a game 100%, even OOT only got like 97 or 98%, and that's widely considered to be the best game ever. So 97% for Galaxy 2 is an amazing score.

oh dear?

ONm said 10/10 does not feel the same as 100%, 10/10 is quick score to give when you totally love a game but 100% isliek saying no one will hate the game. Still 9.7/10 is a epic score.

Oh deer look at this:

I hate GTA 4

-Lack the impact of the original , does not see something negative if we are talking on those lines
every single game in the planet that is a sequel lacks the impact of the original ... something tells me this game is 10 , still 9.7 what a score !

GO PATS! 2012 THE YEAR OF NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS'S 4TH SUPER BOWL!

There is a lot more to originality or novelty of experience than setting, and according to reviews SMG2 has that: it is not, in fact, the same, and does not suffer from the face of being a sequel.
