Forums - Nintendo - I was playing duck hunt today on NES

I love Duck Hunt. I used to play it all the time when I was younger. I always thought that dog was annoying lol

hahaha. thanks for posting that video. It made this whole thread easily worth it. It relieved my brain from studying.

Yeah as posted above Wii play has a duck hunt type game (multiplayer too).

Otherwise, there are plenty of good time crisis style shooters (on rails).

I'd recommend the Resident evil UC or DC for their longevity (takes a while to go through so you won't get bored :).

I like time crisis in the arcade, it's campiness is fun! But at the moment I want to shoot ducks, that resemble duck hunt :D

Was Wii play included with the wii or do I have to buy it? I don't remember, when I bought it, I ignored everything and stuck Super Mario Galaxy in. So, theres a disc somwhwre but I don't remember where I put it (wasn't it just wii sports)?, So I want to know, if it was on that disc as I don't like wii sports, or whatever that damn tennis game I played at my friends house. Or do you have to get it separetly

sorry that didn't make sense , my brain, ouch.

Wii play was the game that came with a Wii remote. Basically you paid an extra 10$ and had a bunch of mini games with the second wiimote. (this is why it sold so well... and for 10$ it's worth it).

You might be able to find it used without the wiimote. Should be pretty cheap.

the shooting game has a few modes that are interesting and is multiplayer.

Otherwise if you need Wiiware content, there is a zombie game (with cartoon graphics) that came out... I have it but haven't played it yet. (looks like the gameplay is more of a sin&punishment type though).

I probably threw it out because I figured it was garbage. I was wrong obviously. I'll look to see if it's on ebay as things are normally cheap on there. thanks for the info

Thanks.  Check out Mortal Kombat vs Donkey Kong and also Grand Theft Auto meets Frogger also, through that other link.  The Donkey Kong one is my favorite of them:

And Frogger meets GTA here:

I always loved the clay pigeon shooting.

iPhone = Great gaming device. Don't agree? Who cares, because you're wrong.
