I mean...Daaaaamn. As I told my wife a couple days ago, Im going to be getting more PSP games in the 2nd half of 2010 than I am PS3 or 360 games (and that is unheard of for me...i haven't bought a PSP game since Chains of Olympus, i think). It's just crazy that the system is getting this many huge games at this point. But it is, so it's not dead.

Dont firget about Kingdom Hearts BBS, Last Ranker, Uhsiro and God Eater (better start saving lol)

Well I thought we could see the next PSP this year, but with the announcement of GoW, I think we are going to have to wait until 2011 for the PSP 2

But there are a few decent games coming this year, KH BBS, GoW GoS and Ace Combat Joint Assault (FF Agito XIII at some point....)

They have an awesome line up this yeah, as a HUGE fan of the console I don't really care if the next one comes or not, it is capable of doing so many things already and the game line up is rock solid as of now...but who knows maybe they will make GOW:GoS a launch title for a new psp ;) will be day one

I know that games havent sold as well as Sony would have liked to (mainly due to price and piracy) but in all honesty 57.80mill sold worldwide for its first outing as a portable gaming device going up against Nintendo who've dominated that market for over 20 years is prettydamn good when taking in all the factors.

People! I'm not saying that Sony will discontinue the PSP just because they announce the successor.
But we're going into the 6th year for the platform.
We've also seen the releases of Resistance: Retribution, Dissidia: Final Fantasy, Socom: Fireteam Bravo 3, LocoRoco 2, Patapon 2 and Gran Turismo.
Only GT helped PSP. And since when has it been "okay" for the PSP to be dominated so badly just because it is Sony's first handheld? Remember PS1? Nintendo dominated the console space before PS1.
