my friend God of war 3 technically is the most advanced game on a next-gen console by Far

God of war 3 runs at 720p @60-45 fps,2AA,HDR,dynamic lighting ,50+enemies,high res texture,epic scale that no games has done yet, i could go on all night

about what GOW3 has achieved, as for U2 yes that game looks great but its not in gow3 league

Reasonable on 04 May 2010

I'm going to say Uncharted 2 taking everything into consideration. GoW3 probably has the edge in terms of the perceived image with great assets and lighting, but when you really considering everything the engine in Uncharted 2 handles, particularly around some of the bigger levels and the train, I think overall Uncharted 2 is still the better engine overall.

But it's damn close. The next game using the next iteration of each engine is sure to look even more amazing, too I think.

Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...

Watching my brother play uncharted 2, it looks amazing. I watched him play the first few mins of god of war 3 and it was too gory for me to correctly gauge the graphics XD

UNCHARTED 2!!!!

The best looking (and playing) game ever! The lighting, art direction, textures, water, animation and every part of it is just perfect.

GoW 3 has the amazing texture that is Kratos, but animations can be a little iffy apart from Kratos. The graphical direction is great, but there are just a few things missing outside Kratos
