That doesn't mean she likes it or that it's acceptable.  If an openly gay kid wants to play basketball on a high school team should we not feel bad for him when people chant "Homo" from the stands because he knew it was probably going to happen?

Faxandu, Jade Raymond is catching undue flack purely for being a woman. She isn't Stevie Case, who paraded around in skin tight clothing and a flaunted her sexuality to sell a game. Jade Raymond does what any game producer does. Grant interviews and promotes her game. The Chugworth comic was out of line in my opinion because she has never used sexuality to market her game. I never saw her where anything less than professional when promoting Assassin's Creed.

In fact, I am certain that being a woman has made it more difficult for her to advance in the industry. Especially because she is attractive. I have never seen anyone make a comic about Miyamoto, Kojima, Carmack, Cliffy B, Naka, Suzuki, Matsuna, Sakaguchi, Itagaki etc. etc. etc. which featured them performing sexual acts on gamers in order to get them to buy their game. All that said, I don't think they can sue over the comic. I mean I don't like the comic, but there are other comics that I like that others find distasteful.

Feel whichever way you want to about it. Its great to have such sensitive and politically correct people on this site. Especially ones that mention comics that are "despicable" casually so that everyone can go and watch them.

Like I said, she will deal with it, she makes a good living what she is doing, end of story. You dont run around crying foul cause someone is jerking off watching a movie featuring Angelina Jolie.

There is a big difference between jerking off, wet dreams and sexist remarks and sexist comics. If someone wants to jack off to a picture of her, feel free. Keep it to yourself however.

agreed. There is a difference. I think we both agree its not cool and that we would never do it ourselves and that the guys doing it are disgusting.

I think though we also agree on disagreeing about how much we think it was something she conciously took into account for joining the tv show.

For the last time Jade Raymond is not a developer.  She is just a producer.  Her whole job is to sell her game and if by standing there and looking pretty she accomplishest that then I am sure she is happy. I dont know why people became obsessed with a producer in the first place.
