The US date is August 31, I don't think you'll be waiting any longer than you would have been before.

Everyone's jumping on any excuse to confirm Zelda out of the year, and it's starting to bug me. At least wait until E3...

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

Do you mean in the difference between US>Euro release? I just mean any further delay. |
You predicated it with a comparison to the US release. The US release got pushed back two months, and there's no word on how far back the EU release has been pushed - and no, an estimate from Amazon doesn't count.
Since you predicated in comparison to the US release, I assume that the time gap there is important to you.
I hope Nintendo keeps his word and maintain Zelda for this year, I don't core if Other M goes to 2011.
And neither I care about Barça, they didn't deserve to win.

No, I meant any delay as I said afterwards. I think Nintendos release schedule between differing regions is really out of date. Both the PS3 and 360 get a majority of there games release in the US/Europe and others within the same week yet for some reason Nintendo like to keep its games months apart. When the US was delayed I though 'fair enough' since it brought the dates very close, but if they now push the Euro date back...well they haven't got any reason to except for being dicks, to be honest. |
But you acknowledge in this very post that you expect release dates from Nintendo to have a certain disparity between regions. You saw the US get delayed and thought this wouldn't affect EU? What possible reason could you have to think that? More, if it's been their mode for all this time, why wouldn't previous reasons continue to hold? Why does it come down to them being dicks, as opposed to the game no being finished and their localization process being out of sync?
If we are indeed seeing a massive delay then I hope to got we get another big game before America to compensate. Like when we got Mario Kart Wii first because we had to wait a bit longer than everyone else for Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Well everyone but Korea anyway...

How technical is your game?

I hope that the prediction in my sig doesn't get torn apart.

Bets with Conegamer:
Pandora's Tower will have an opening week of less than 37k in Japan. (Won!)
Pandora's Tower will sell less than 100k lifetime in Japan.
Stakes: 1 week of avatar control for each one.
I like that it took maybe 30 posts for someone to step back and realize that not only is this not official, but it's not probable either.

Hmm.......I would think that they just said Dec. 15 because there is no release date yet, and that would be the latest, but you never know. It wouldn't be the first time Nintendo gave Europeans the shaft.
However, Others doesn't really buy traditional Wii games anyways. Rarely do they break the 150k mark, unless it has Just Dance like appeal. Delaying games in Europe won't do much to help that though..........
