Forums - Sony - Ninja Theory: 'PS3 Doesn't Scare Us Anymore'

Actually, the correct title would have been
Ninja Theory: 'PS3 Doesn't Scare Us Since Three Years Ago'
since the quote is "When we went into this [new] project...the PS3 didn't scare us anymore."
So, Ninja Theory were already comfortable with the PS3 architecture way back when everyone else were cursing at it.

"journalism"....*sigh*

That's why sony makes difficult to program systems, dev's keep getting better and games keep getting better so you dont ask for a new console because quality keeps going up. The ps2 was exactly the same way. I was very hard for developers when it was released. At year ten of the ps3 multithreaded programming on 8 cores will be fairly standard.

Just off the PR bus, I see.

You sound like your avatar...lol......

I'm not sure exactly how to take that...

The motion capture in heavenly Sword was incredible. Go look at Kai's facial expressions in the scene where she eats the worm, it's mindblowing.

Take it as a compliment, seriously though Ninja Theory has been talking alot of crap just shut up and make your game already then we might actually see it before 2012.

Heavenly Sword was awesome.
the only things it missed were, a jump button, and the storymode is short, and also trophies support. Nariko is still the most badass lovely heroine in a video game i have played.

i hope they can do better with Enslaved.

agreed. even thow i doubt it will happen. (H.S.2) maybe david jaffe could do the second game in the trilogy. (maybe a co-development)

I hope their new game gets a demo. I'm interested but no where near the point of purchase.
