I would like to see Petey Piranha return. I am satisfied with Dino Piranha and Peewee Piranha but seeing Petey Piranha occur in the game would conclude his relativity long absence from Super Mario Games (this excludes Super Smash Bros. Brawl). After all, Petey Piranha is my favourite Super Mario Protagonist. Though this needs to be a generalized decision.

As Andremop has stated, Boshi is from Super Mario RPG on SNES, he's Yoshi's rival (kinda like Wario/Mario and Luigi/Waluigi) and is the local bully at Yoshi's village.
