If we accept that a representation of a real person, realistic or not, is healthy, and if it's a fictional person, it's unhealthy.

Is:

1) A hentai cartoon, of say, Pamela Anderson, is that healthy?

2) A photorealsitic CGI (hyopthetically, it's totally undistinguishable from reality), but of a fictional person, is that unhealthy?

Either, really, because we're extending the boundaries beyond what some might consider to be normal.

Wow.. the amount of Hentai and hardcore porn I have right now..

At any rate, I don't think it's unhealthy to be aroused by polygons, drawings, what have you. Regular porn and Hentai are the same to me as their images of people(fictional or otherwise) you'll likely never meet. Also, Hentai is sometimes more arousing as the scenarios are often portrayed in a more 'realistic', less staged fashion. IE: Having women pretending to be aliens in a real setting or actual 'aliens' in a hentai.

It doesn't really bother me what people fantasize about, and I think it's perfectly ok if that thing is animated.
