Many heterosexuals were abused as children as well. I feel very bad for them, and for you. Someone as lacking as yourself in such skils as reading, writing, and thinking is sure to struggle as well.

i accept that on message boards people are not doing a whole lot of spell checking... if you are going to insult my spelling try not to spell 'skills and well' incorrectly. or just stick to debating the facts and not try to be a jackass. i am not writing a disertation here

Leviticus 20:13 defines homosexuality as a capital crime. Pretty forceful, if you ask me.

And the rest of your post is completely wrong. My experience is that gays are just as varied in their behavior and personalities as anyone else, and the behavior that you describe as "stupid stereotypes" is natural for some people. No one should be attacked for being who they are.


Please Desroko.  You are just as intolerant of Christians as you claim them to be of gays.  Just because you don't believe in anything doesn't give you the right to go on a  holy crusade of your own against the beliefs of others.  Nor does it give you the right to make generalizations about the entire group of people.

actually personally I, and many other Christians to find the ACT of homosexuality to be an abomination. as do MANY of people of other faiths. Still I would be a jackass to run around acting like i hate someone because i don't approve of their lifestyle. Christians believe in loving the sinner, not the sin. doesn't mean i would gay bash, also doesn't mean i have to go against my faith and state that something is ok when i don't believe it is ok. Christians believe that all have sinned and need Jesus for redemption

 Oh please there are more than just leviticus (the one mentioned earlier), in Romans, Deuteronomy, Genesis, Timothy etc. there are passages on the condemnation of homosexuals, even referring to them as abominations, please I don't need to read your post to know the passages.

 And saying its not a literal interpretation is a major copout, either you accept it as part of your religions or you accept that its just a story and not an actual holy text.


So you accept that Christias, Muslims, and Jews have different opinions of their texts, and that your generalization was unfair. Personally I do not believe that man cannot create anything perfect, and that only God is holy, so no, I don't take the Bible literaly. Thus, I resent your implication that I condemn gays just like any fundamentalist.
