Definately. The leaked road maps tell me so.
Tease.

Sony wasn't the first to slim down their console - remember the NES v2, Genesis 2?
I don't think it's not gonna happen but unless I see some proper leaked images of the slimmed console (like last year with the PS3 Slim leaked pics), I'm still leaning towards Not sure.

I didn't remember those two, but the dig was at usual MS habit of reinventing the wheel, umbrella, hot water, etc
Sony wasn't original either, but up until now it was the most successful at marketing slim versions.
Anyway, does XB360 need a slim version? It's not so huge, like PS3 phat was instead.
I think that Microsoft will definatelly present new model of Xbox. They are currently selling less than both of their competitors and it's not going to change dramatically just because of few software titles. While Natal might be the thing that turns tables, it's a too "wild" Wild card in my oppinion, it can both succeed and horribly flop. I'm not sure that they are going to risk that.
MY HYPE LIST: 1) Gran Turismo 5; 2) Civilization V; 3) Starcraft II; 4) The Last Guardian; 5) Metal Gear Solid: Rising

No, the Xbox stopped selling because Nvidia stopped producing the GPU.
Theres a pretty obvious reason IMO at least. If they are bundling Natal, they'll need to make room in the packaging to fit the reasonably sized camera. At worst shoving the power brick inside will make that room. At best they can make the overall case smaller at the same time too.
Tease.

Hugeness is not always the reason. A slim is way cheaper to produce.
'sides, Natal's launch is supposed to be the size of a console launch. Wouldn't it be nice if it had a new 360 to go along with it?
