Mario 64, Ocarina of Time, and Goldeneye were all better than every game on that list!
thats a pretty easy question, the anwer is Vagrant Story!!

Ocarina of Time, sure its a pretty mainstream pick for best game ever, but thats because it really is mind blowing that such an amazing game came out so long ago.
Mario 3 and World are the epitome of platforming.
Starcraft is classic.
MOOII is badass.
Perfect Dark is great.
Hell, Pac Man and Pong are still fun.
And there is always tertis

Despit the fact that's a terrible list (mostly) for the picks of all time, I'd have to choose Uncharted 2 out of those.
As for any game, I'm going to have to go with the cliche and say Ocarina of Time. I admit, it's actually not my favourite game (Wind Waker is), I do consider it to be a nearly perfect one. I just find other games to be more enjoyable.

Squilliam: On Vgcharts its a commonly accepted practice to twist the bounds of plausibility in order to support your argument or agenda so I think its pretty cool that this gives me the precedent to say whatever I damn well please.
