You realize they've only made two mecha series, right?  TTGL and Evangelion.

They've made plenty of other solid series: Shikabane Hime, His and Her Circumstances, FLCL, etc.

It's Diebuster. Same show where I posted the OP from earlier in this thread.

Diebuster is also known as Gunbuster 2 or Top wo Nerae 2! (Aim for the Top! 2)


The first picture is Gunbuster. Gainax's first mecha anime made in 1986.

They're both OVAs, not full fledged series.


@Taq: Ef isn't really a "kawaii" (I think you mean "moe") series.  It's got some very mature themes, especially in the second season.  Just because it's got attractive, cute girls doesn't make it "kawaii" or "moe."
