new moment for me- when I finally found the 350th shard in infamous

- Getting 100% completion on Crash Bandicoot 3
- Completing 75% of Gran Tursimo 4 (couldn't be bothered with endurance and F1 races)
- Beating Zico (Gold Trophy) on WipEout HD and getting all gold on elite difficulty in campaign

For those of you who played or still play WoW:

Beating Ragnaros for the first time - 40 people, trying and trying for months ... and suddenly Ragnaros was dead - we had like 15 minutes of triumphant screaming in TS. It was great.

My proudest moment in gaming that I can think of at this time, occurred recently. It was me re-playing "Lunar: Silver Story Complete" for the PS1. More specifically how I had beat the final boss and completed the game.

I had been pounding on the main boss for over 45mins. In the end I had used all my sources of healing, all my MP was drained, all characters were dead except for 1 which was my healer and was out of MP and was 1 hit away from death. It was my lat turn, I struck with this ultra weak character and it happened to be just enough to finish off the final boss. I cannot express how elated I was after that. Knowing that I was 1 turn away from defeat and manged to squeak by with a victory. That is my proudest moment of gaming in recent memory.

Perfect file, it was like my 4th or 5th playthrough of the game.

I still remember the time when I went for the perfect file. Maxing out those 500K materia still haunts me to this day xD

Getting my PS3 on release day in Europe :)

What pains me is the materia getting the monster skills, oh man, that was a pain in my ass I never want to go through again.  Ruby Weapon is up there as well...
