FF3. 8.5 Decent story... start of the class system. Though the class system did have it's issues that weren't fixed until FF5.


FF4 10. It's narrative may actually be the best in the series... at least from an "artistic synergy" point of view... the main theme is found in EVER characters story and the same can't be said for any other FF. Not my favorite, but it feels like it's the best.

Good story, characters and atmosphere. Gameplay is flawed but still very entertaining, I love the high difficulty of the game. My biggest complaint, however, is how some characters die then just come back! Ok maybe it isn't that bad but it still disengaged me at times.

I played both FFIII and FFIV remakes for the ds and absolutely hated them both.

FFIII - 5 /10
FFIV - 6.5/10 - Found the story kind of lame ... just not my cup of tea.
