Maybe 8 hours is on the short side considering its an action/horror game develop in 4 years. I will guess about 15 hours on the first playthrough.

I'm hoping for a similar length to RE4; maybe a little shorter though (12-18 hrs length).

With the exception of FFXIII most reports of game lengths (before the game has released) seem grossly overestimated.

im gonna say 6-10 hours and ive heard there is online features lol , i have no idea why a game like that would have online but i think its more of a coop challenge thing ... i know i dont get it either

I really doubt it. I expect 7-8 hours. 10 if lucky. Remedy makes short games (the Pax Payne games were lik 6 hours).

Plus they will make DLC, that could also hint at a game on the shorter side.

How long is Uncharted 1&2 by ur estimation?

I'm going with between 8-12 hours. Suits me. Just going by other phych/horror titles. Thats about right. However, I am only going to play this game at night. Lights out, and mate next to me. This is not a daytime game. The whole experience will be lost.

I would wager it will be around 12 hours.

I will be happy if the game would be 8-12 hours long but if its really 12-20 hours long I'm going to be even happier.

How long did you guys finish Demon Souls? (for the people who played it?)
I finished it around 40 hrs.... I think thats long enough lolz.
