You didn't even need to give up your role to do so. There is a reason cops role claim as soon as the get a guilty verdict. They don't want to die before they can give up their information, which is exactly what happened to you. I thought Hatmoza was anti-town as well, but all the reasons you gave were no more compelling than the ones already in my head. It was all stuff that happened during the Day. In the end, we lynched that day due to inside information from Trangentspree about something that happened during the Night. That was just more compelling at the time. Those contradictions from Hatmoza ultimately got him lynched later anyway. Doesn't really matter though, and we probably did better without your information. We ended up lynching the bigger threat first. The town did very well this game. A streak of three anti-town lynches in a row, and a streak of 4 out of 5 anti-town lynches to end the game. |
But what I knew wasnt "great info" (like I said to j0) if he had said that he didnt have anything to do with SAK it would've been great info and I would've said it immediatly, but that wasn't the case. All I had was a confirmation that he had been with SAK and if anything would've reinforced his lie.If the case I made didn't open the town's eyes why would a confirmation of a part of his lie would?
My "frustation" with the Hatmoza thing wasn't that he didnt get lynched that day because like you said what the case I made eventually helped to get him lynched, the problem was that nobody cared and said anything about it.
Yeah the town ended up doing a pretty good job but IMO it had more to do with the cop and trangs helping us rather than we doing a good scumhunt and I think we need to start depending less in cops.
