Natal is a lot more complex hardware than what they started marketing.
The motorized lens are for Close/Distant precision and doing balance on two things: get Head/Foots/hands on the view and the same time get better proximity.

I hope they can assure everything on the marketing video be reallity.. one friedn that works with image recognition said all is possible but really hard to archieve at the price they are sugesting and also that the video parts with the father changing the tyres of the car or similars will not be available first year fo Natal Lauch..

I don´t have a X360 yet... but Natal will make me buy just for this experience, Go MS... Nice !

So the camera can be on without the XBox being on.
