It needs a powerplug? I guess it can't draw enough power from the USB port with 2 cameras, an infrared emitter and multiple microphones?
EDIT: Couldn't find anything about a motorized tilting mechanism, except for this excerpt: "The camera includes USB connection for X360 and seems to have some bearing sensor integrated or balance."
