Yasumi Matsuno: Ogre Battle series, FFT, FFTA. He didn't actually do as much of FFXII as people think and left halfway through production so don't credit him for that.

Yeah, he came up with the scenario but his original creation was changed quite a bit by SE after he left.  I'm not sure it's really fair to give him credit (to either him or FFXII) when his influence was really fairly minor overall. I suppose he could be given credit for "original scenario."
