I don't think any of them will win, some other big multiplatform game in the holiday season. I think Fallout New Vegas has a decent chance, though I hope Red Dead Redemption wins

It's way too early to call, but of what has been released so far Mass Effect 2 was pretty brilliant in every way so I'll give it to that.

Final Fantasy XIII is pretty meh and God of War 3 is a God of War 2 clone so there's no point in giving it to that.

Out of your list I'd go with Mass Effect 2 but I think Red Dead Redemption will win more GOTY awards than Mass Effect 2.

On those choices. I'll go for SMG2 but for my personal GOTY it is FF XIII but unfortunately a lot critics and reviewers hated it. BTW we still don't know a lot of games coming out this fall especially on the PS3 side but this year will be very fierce for the GOTY awards. Can't wait for E3.
