Nice, you've stuck to your party for quite a while now

Ever since the game was given an NA release date, my brother and I began creating our teams. So I knew that that would be my team for a while now, and it's done pretty well so far. The only problem right now is that no one on my team knows a fighting type move, so fighting against a Normal type can be frustrating (Getting BP so that I can teach Weavile Low Kick). Other than that, I really like my team! Weavile is super cute. Definitely going to be a member of my Black/White team. ^_^

And as you can see Gliscor was always my first in battle going against Lance. Stealth Rock did a number on his flying types.

The only fighting move I have is Superpower on Feraligatr, which when Equipped with the Black Belt, pretty much did a number on Karen's Weavile and Absol XD

Haha, I had Scizor do a number on her team (of course I switched out once Houndoom Entered the picture ) But Bug Bite (with 90 Power thanks to Technician) combined with his crazy attack power did the talking for me.

Someone has been to the Battle Frontier quite often

I had X-Scissor do the talking XD And you're right about his insane attack power. My LVL. 67 has 220, and he's receving between 4-5 per LVL now

Yikes i've got a ways to go. I wonder if i'll get there before Galaxy 2 (given that i'll reduce Pokemon to 4 days a week instead of all 7 after Monster Hunter comes out)

I'm solidly in the mid 50s with Abomasnow at 60.

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

Yep... I have Ice Punch for Weavile, Ice Punch for Feraligatr, Ice Punch for Electivire, and Bug Bite for Scizor. Let's just say that I'm pretty well known around the Battle Tower.

And now... I gotta go back for Low Kick *shakes fist at Red's Snorlax, the only one who gave me problems*

I've heard his Snorlax is easier this time, even though it's level is higher, because it doesn't have Rest. Rest with that insane HP made it nearly impossible unless you were up in the 80s or had Cross Chop.

I'm not taking off my Electivire's Low Kick, even if someone forces me by gun point xD

Damn, you like your Ice moves Although Ice Punch does seem nice on Electivire....counter his Weakness...hmmmmm....I might pay a visit to the Battle Frontier.... XD

Like I said, the first time I fought Lance the guy traumatized me. There was no way I was going back in there with just Feraligatr's Ice Fang (Using Weavile's Avalanche was just too risky. Poor Weavile's such a glass cannon).

Yeah, I like the whole notion of Learned Moves, but those BP's take forever to get. I would just battle up to rank 21 in the Battle Tower (and get 20 BP's from Palmer) and then lose on purpose to start over.

@Khan

Oh yeah, Snorlax is a lot easier this time around... especially with a Steel type (he doesn't know a fire move! Yay!) So my Scizor was a good match for him since he's more of a Special Defense kind of guy. Still, he was the hardest one to take down most likely because he was the only type I didn't have a proper counter for.

I would alway get tired of Battle frontier because it's long before to face tough trainers. Is it long to get BP in Heartgold?

Yep... well, I've only done Battle Tower. Each set of seven trainers earns you 3 BP. On the 21st battle you battle Palmer who gives you 20 BPs if you beat him. You then battle up to 49 (where you get 4-5 BP's per 7 trainers) and fight Palmer again for 20 BPs. After that it goes from 6-7.

Like I said, for me I would just go to match 21, beat Palmer... and then lose on purpose on the 22nd battle to start all over and get the 20 BPs on the 21st battle. Crazy times man...
