and of course it's Miyamoto I never played anything Nintendo after the SNES but the NES + SNES alone are enough for that guy to be one of the greatest

and BTW for the guy who said that Miyamoto invented or revolutionized FPS or what ever, sorry the man is a genius but FPS NO just no that's more ID software

Who the hell is Nomura?

i'm not saying that he inventet or revolutionized FPS, but many aspects of today games from every genre was used in Miyamoto's games first and years before anyone could think about them.

Out of the chosen 3 he creates game play. Thus is a better designer.

Nomura
Brings a spiritual element to his games and is good at story telling. But really hasn't designed anything in regards to games. Just does story and art.

Kojima
Excels at interactive movie. like Nomura doesn't really design game play, but does an excellent job integrating movie like gaming.

Edit: you would be best  putting in Wil Wright, Sid Mier and Romero/Carmak into the list instead of Nomura and Kojima. Huh I honesltly can't think of any other Japanese Designers with signifigant impact.
