Yes.

I'm pretty sure that most people have it all wrong. The mayans did not mark 2012 as the last year of their calender. I think I read somewhere it's still a few decades away and that most people who think it's 2010 have been mislead. Either way I don't believe it though lol.

OT - I voted option 1 casue it was by far the funniest one lol.

Probably not. They will try to make it into 3D, which will push the release date to 2011. Then, they will start thinking of 4D, which will push the release date to 2012, and subsequently 5D, which will push the release date to 2013. So basically, the world will end before GT5 is out.
