Forums - PC - Korean Police investigate match fixing... in Starcraft.

I've been to a starcraft taping in Seoul. It's re-god-damned diculous. There's a huge crowd of fans going balistic. Starcraft games are also carried on Television. It's so common I'd say I could probably watch it for 10 hours of a day if I wanted to.

I'm a mod, come to me if there's mod'n to do.

Chrizum is the best thing to happen to the internet, Period.

Serves me right for challenging his sales predictions!

NaDa I belive. He's the one who have stayed relevant the longest out of all elite players.

I LOVE ICELAND!

As I said in the headlines. If Bisu Flash or Jaedong turns out to be involved, it's going to be very huge, very very huge.

Skill OR physical prowess.

How can a videogame be a sport? Seriously, think in what you're saying.
Guess next time my friends ask me if I wanna go play football or something while I'm playing, I'll just say "Sorry guys, I'm already doing sport, too tired for that"

What a crazy story. It seems that in today's gambling culture there is a sub-culture that will gamble on anything, and within that sub-culture is a group willing to try to influence the outcomes of anything that can be gambled on.

Fascinating stuff, would be great if someone would go in-depth with this. I would but my Korean language skills are non-existent!
