stupid if they do it, could easily limit sales big time.

If im going to get a ps3 next years its def a 60g or 80 g



                 With regard to Call of Duty 4 having an ultra short single player campaign, I guess it may well have been due to the size limitations of DVD on the XBox 360, one of various limitations multi-platform game designers will have to take into consideration-Mike B

Game trailers-Halo 3 only dissapointed the people who wanted to be dissapointed.

 Thats what I meant, PS2 BC.

People will care far more about PS2 BC than PS1 in my opinion.

He never actually said the 80gb would be phased out. He mentioned the main model will be the 40gb "worldwide", but it could've been phrased like that because it is the only model in all territories. The EU only has the 40gb.

However, if it is being phased out, it seems rather stupid to me. The 40/80 gb combo was great, much better than the 360 Core/Premium. The 40gb still has everything devs need to make great games (HDD, Blu-Ray, etc.) and only lost unnecessary features that people who don't want don't have to pay for. They should still provide the option for those extra features should people still want to pay for them.

What if my ps3 breaks in a few years? Will I not be able to play ps2 games ever again?

I have already posted the part of the interview where he says that above.

If your PS3 fails, and this turns out to be true, they'll probably have a few PS3s with BC in stock for cases like that.

Science damn it! I dont want a PS3 now, but if this is true I need to buy one before the BC versions disappear.



Getting an XBOX One for me is like being in a bad relationship but staying together because we have kids. XBone we have 20000+ achievement points, 2+ years of XBL Gold and 20000+ MS points. I think its best we stay together if only for the MS points.

Nintendo Treehouse is what happens when a publisher is confident and proud of its games and doesn't need to show CGI lies for five minutes.
