Forums - Gaming - Prince Of Persia : The Forgotten Sands is different on all platforms.

uggg, crappy graphics developers on the Wii version. yeah we know about polygon power, but there is no excuse to not use the TEV. If your willing to learn the PS3 horrid Cell design there is no excuse not to learn the bizarre shitty Nintendo choice to continue to use the TEV. Yes the TEV is awesome if you know how to use it. Like the Cell, but it's a large learning curve to do and the TEV is not required unlike the Cell.

The PSP one looks like crap. You know the only good 2d PoP game that was any good. This one (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prince_of_Persia_(1989_video_game). The rest have been generic hack PoS 2d action titles with a crappy nod towards puzzles solving. They are more like a classic 2d platformer than the elegance that is PoP.

Squilliam: On Vgcharts its a commonly accepted practice to twist the bounds of plausibility in order to support your argument or agenda so I think its pretty cool that this gives me the precedent to say whatever I damn well please.

I'd guess that that there is the problem. "Why bother to learn it if it isn't necessary?"

Malik : "Lawl Coo!"

I live for the burn...and the sting of pleasure...
I live for the sword, the steel, and the gun...

- Wasteland - The Mission.

the graphics actually look good enough for the Wii one.
its much more colorful than the others, which might be my version of choice.

I honestly think that none of the versions (including the HD ones) look particularly good by the standards of their respective platforms but I still have hope that the game might be good.

Well Sev, you'll be happy to know that I've just ordered the "Prince of Persia Collection" for PC, it's basically just Sands of Time, Warrior Within, and Two Thrones, and all with a hefty pricetag of just £14.99

Guess I'll be able to play this one afterall :D
