That picture is just the epitome of happiness. A jolly looking plumber joyously dancing on smiling clouds. It's not hard to see the appeal.

Dalinor has a point. The happy-go-lucky plumber look does a really good job of summing up the appeal of Mario. I know when i play Mario i just want to have fun, often in an escapist way. If the distilled joy of the image translates to gameplay this game could be even more awesome than I expected.
