Forums - Sony - Without a doubt in my mind Kratos would annihilate Link.

I agree maynard... Link does win... because he uses a nuke to blow up kratos and survives while being in the radius of the explosion. Link wins because kratos drops dead for going off the path. (Hey... its in the game.. right?)

Also, the cape doesn't guarrentee victory for Link. It uses magic and link would run out eventually... even with the milk.

Sorry, letsdance, it all comes back to that. You set it up so that Link has too many combinations that Kratos can't get past.

He has the Triforce. This alone is the catch "Hey I win no matter what" sort of thing.

He has the Bombos Medallion. The Ether Medallion. The Quake Medallion.

He has the Magic Cape. The Cane of Byrna. The Staff of Somaria.

The Giant's Mask. Nayru'e Love. Din's Fire. The Fierce Deity Mask.

There is almost no end to the amount of combination that Link could lay down to annihilate Kratos. It's almost embarrassing.

Pick a Link and then we can have a different argument, otherwise - well, Link wins far and aways.

Its been debunked but Kas is too thick headed to admit it. yes, link can become invincible. Yes, link is immune to attacks... AT WILL. The game before LttP Link didn't take any damage from bombs. Why? I don't know but how do I know the devs didn't just have the same reason for not putting in damage with the cape... I think it would have been too hard for them being that the game was 2d and it was suppose to also let you walk through walls at will. They just made it so that when the cape was selected it was "willed" Anyway... in this instance we need to use logic (If we ignore it than Kratos dies automatically for going out of bounds) And logic tells us if he is able to hit he is able to get hit... I would say link can go through kratos and then attack from the inside... but that still leaves him open for a counter.

Im sorry, cut the bullshit. YOu made your own rules. You said that they could use every single weapon in every single game. The magic cape allowed you to be invincible and still hit enemies in the game. Logic tells you nothing. Logic tell us that if you die, there is no fairy to revive you. Logic tells us that is imposible to get hit like kratos does in the games, and still survive. Logic is not part of videogames. ng hit. Marilus it is not the first time that you can hit w/o getting hit. When mario uses the star, he can still hit enemies without getting hit.

I´m sorry, you just lost in your own game.

Like I said, if it was a fist fight, kratos has the advantage. But when they can have access to every single item in every single game, links takes it. Sorry, but Link defeats kratos in this fight

And again... you are assuming that link has an oppertunity in this fight to use the items. Only thing you have come up with is an end game scenerio... A scenerio that you don't even get to play afterwards and see the effects. A scenario that is questionable.

Well, kratos dies when he falls off... just like link does. I don´t really see a problem there.

Thick headed... thanks for the insult there.

Nice job ignoring the fact that the kind of mistake your talking about is nearly impossible to make... since it involved deliberate action in which you directly know what your doing.

This by definition isn't an oversite... unless it's your optinion that a developer doesn't realize that taking away the thing that makes you get hurt when you run into enemies, would make it so you don't get hurt when you run into enemies.

You know in LoZ link is 10 feet tall? It's true... the devs made it that way. He is also immune to bombs. Link wins anyways because Kratos cant go out of bounds and the boundary would be as big as kratos standing straight up minus his big toe.

Kas - calling someone stubborn isn't really an insult. I

The fact that you think there are "sides" in this discussion letsdance, pretty much explains why you can't grasp that Kratos is ungodly outmatched.

You just want to be on Kratos side. Khuurtra and I aren't on any "side" we are looking at the data neutrally and arriving at a winner.

Besides... even if Link was immune to attacks... (Which he isnt) then it still doesn't guarentee Links win.

If link can't be hurt or killed it doesn't gurantee link would win...

Yes it does.

Also, when Khuurtra is saying the number of "can't lose" combos link has is staggering he's not joking.

In Phantom Hourglass you get an item that stops time.

Can Link win if he stops time?  I think he can.
