Based on what I see on TV here in the UK (where we don't get Kevin Butler commercials) Nintendo probably win because Microsoft rarely advertise the 360 specifically, whilst Sony had done practically nothing until the Slim came along, and now we get those 'Start' commercials, which are good, but they're not as good as the early Wii commercials.

He is a part of the "It only does everything"-campaign which is only used by SCEA (to my knowledge anyway). SCEE and SCEJ create their own campaigns.
If I recall when Xbox 360. Lauched they used the Jump in here, and in Japan. And In Japan that doesn't make any sense... other than to like jump through the window. I'm not sure if that story was true but yah.

Anyway, I think Microsoft and a lot of their games are heavily frontloaded, so they do seem to work.
This site is has Sony partisans like 2:1 compared to everything else. Besides this, Kevin Butler is one of the top five ad campaigns EVER related to videogames. Yes, Kevin Butler is that awesome. If you were to go one ad campaign alone, that wins it for Sony. If it is the entire ad campaigns, I am not sure. Nintendo is effective, and Microsoft gets epic with their ads for Gears and also Halo.
Well, that's easy. Nintendo hasn't had a campaign since launching the Wii, and I don't think Microsoft's ever had one either. The Kevin Butler ads are funny, but not nearly as the majority of this site thinks they are, but that's just my opinion.
In the UK, Nintendo have Ant and Dec fronting there add campaign. It's on constantly, more than 360 or PS3.
Am I the only one here who never found Kevin Butler funny at all? It's like he's trying too hard to be funny, while failing (which makes it... unfunny, which makes me dislike him more). e.g.
For the topic, in terms of how much they entertain me, it's Microsoft > Nintendo > Sony.
MS ads seem the most entertaining, Lost Odyssey / Gears of War in particular. Generally I like most of what I see from them.
Nintendo ads are usually neutral (plain), with a few good ones here and there. The NSMB Wii ads are great - color, music / sound and all are very uplifting. This WSR one is pretty cool too.
Sony's ads are generally neutral, or worse - annoying (KB), or confusing (old PS3 ads). I do like the first Uncharted ad, though I never saw it on TV (admittedly, I don't watch much, so I may not get the whole picture).
