I've had my Wii netflix disc for well over a week...

edit: just checked, I've had it for over 2 weeks.

If you drop a PS3 right on top of a Wii, it would definitely defeat it. Not so sure about the Xbox360. - mancandy

Getting the discs didn't mean the service was up. This was to let you know if you had your disc already.

the most likely reason for the late news is that they send out the discs in waves. So I got my disc 2 weeks ago, while others got them 1 week ago, and still more are just getting them now. This is gofanboy reporting, while VGChartz had a news article back when I got my disc, and I'm betting some other videogame website that ignores the news gets their disc last and we see one more round of this.
