I sold a used DS for $105 on Ebay not too long ago.

Bought it for $35 with a broken hindge, repaired it for $25 in parts, and sold for $105. Positive feedback received. Made about $30 after fees and mailing.

Decided not to do it again as profit was so low for the hassle of repairing, selling, and mailing.

That is most likely what these are; refurbished DSes.

Oh i think i discovered why they are so cheap. The seller is from China so he has diffrent prices and saves on VAT.

my guess is the DS is a legit used/refurb, while the games are pirated.

Or the DSes are stolen. =P

I'm going to lean toward not legal, actually. One of the pics in the first auction I looked at shows the back of the DSLite box, and does NOT have a hole in it to scan the serial number at point-of-sale. So I'd say not to trust them.

i just looked at shipping cost, since thats low, yes its fishy.

Sometimes you can tell when the seller is just cheating Ebay by having a low sale cost but high shipping.
