Forums - Nintendo - Worried about Brawl...

Before I start. Im assuming everyone here is checks the SSBB dojo on a daily basis, and have already seen many of the ingame videos. If you haven't then go here and check them out:

One of the main things about brawl thats worrying me right now is the voice acting. Fox and Pit are silent in the in game movies. I can understand Samus, Link, and Mario but for everyone else, theres no excuse. Peach spoke in the opening of Mario Galaxy so why not in Brawl? Fox spoke in Starfox Asualt, Starfox Adventures and Starfox 64. This is Pits first return since the NES and Handheld days, but they decided to make him mute as well...wtf; And the Goddess too, lame. She puts out her hand like "Go Pit and and save the world", how the hell does Pit know shes not saying "Go Pit and make me a Samich"? Diddy Kong and Donkey Kong dont speak english anyway so thats fine.

Is every character going ot be mute? Ike? Gannondorf? Lucas? SnAkE?! CaPtAIN FAlCoN?! SOnI...well maybe not so much Sonic.

What im trying to say is that the story mode would be much less epic if the only way the characters communicated with each other was with nods and hand gestures. That would look so retarded. Nintendo is already pouring serious bucks into this project so why not just go all the way with voice overs and make the best game possible? At least for the characters that deserve voices

Who cares....

It wont Matter to me..

The game will still be great

It's not needed.

The majority of the characters didn't talk in their games, why should they talk in Brawl?

Some like Fox could talk in their cutscenes...but what do you want them to say? There's no need for words...they're just quick cutscenes between the fighting.

LEFT4DEAD411.COM
Bet with disolitude: Left4Dead will have a higher Metacritic rating than Project Origin, 3 months after the second game's release.  (hasn't been 3 months but it looks like I won :-p )

This is a Nintendo game.

Nintendo games have really bad voice acting, e.g. Sunshine, or have none and are better for it.

Therefore, they have wisely decided not to include it.

Ubuntu. Linux for human beings.

If you are interested in trying Ubuntu or Linux in general, PM me and I will answer your questions and help you install it if you wish.

We don't know how much voice acting Brawl will have. We do know that there is some on the Metal Gear stage in the form of messages between Snake and his team.

Everyone is buying Brawl for the multiplayer fighting, not the storyline, that's a bonus. Who cares if there's no voice-acting?

The cutscenes are just breaks to move the action along. Expecting a great storyline out of this is like expecting a great storyline out of SMG. It's simply not going to happen and you shouldn't really care...

Out of all the things to be worried about, when I clicked this thread, I certainly wasn't expecting "voice acting" to be one of them...

Then again, it really says something about the game if the only thing people are worried about is something as unimportant as voice acting.

Tag - "No trolling on my watch!"

Why would you want voice acting in SSBB I only want to hear the scream of the other caracters flying of the screen

VA not needed for this game, besides the music rocks and is orchestrated
