The new Ubisoft is really great. I loved Far Cry 2, Assassin's Creed and Prince of Persia.

hard to decide, I love the Splinter Cell games on G-Cube but then theirs Red Steel 2 and No More Heroes (published) that is also fantastic...

The old one, because they didn't destroy the Ghost Recon and Rainbow 6 franchises.

Both are cool

They're both good but if I had to choose I'd go with the older Ubi. Sands of Time Trilogy, Chaos Theory and Rainbow Six 3 online pretty much took up half of my gaming time last gen.

They became better than their old self (thumbs up for Wii PoP made from scratch!) , but they had their crappy moments at the start of this gen.
same goes to EA, even thought they're not "Great" but a lot better than what they used to be.

Old Ubi for me. Sure, the games weren't stellar, but at least they didn't kill the cow with the word 'Imagine'...
