- Change in the battle scene (ex: Shows entire back of Pokemon)
- HeartGold/SoulSilver Pokemon Center areas returning
- Ride a new type of vehicle
- Scans may hint at a car for transportation
- Shop in the Poke Center
- Characters seem to be speaking through speech bubbles

They were already confirmed for the DS.

Regarding the new details, I don't think it's a car seeing as how the main characters are children, perhaps the car would be similar to the train in Gold/Silver.

Well it is possible, the original Gold/Silver were enhanced on the GameBoy Color.
