I would say...
PSP > PS3+360 > PS3 > Wii/DS
I don't think it will land with a 360 times exclusivity. It won't sell in Japan, after all those times games got to the prefered platform, usually as a better version.
But oh well, appearing as a 360 timed exclusive is the only way I'm not getting that day one.
As long as it doesn't appear on only the PSP I'll be happy

3DGH and Last Rebellion also proved they can flop hard on PS3. I don't think Atlus is looking for viability in other projects so much, they're going to look at what makes the most sense for them. Honestly, I'd say P5 will probably do well wherever it went (even Wii), this is more about Atlus maximizing their return and resources.
Their recent R&D work sort of makes me think PSP's most likely though. They already have a sizable Persona base built there. Plus they could always port it later if they're worried about western sales (3DS?).

Last Rebellion is a horrible excuse of a game. And lets see 3D Dot Game Heroes release in North America first. DS got most of it's sales from NA

i'm hoping for a release on the HD twins, anyhow if it doenst come on 360 i will buy whichever platform i have to in order to play it

Frankly, I don't think any of them (Rorona, DS, 3DGH, LR) are comparable to Persona. And I doubt Atlus does either...
Yet Demons Souls outsold just about every ATLUS game since the company came into existence?
