Trophies because they have a level and a percent till next level.

Honestly, I prefer trophies over achievements. I think that Sony did a great job of taking achievements and improving upon them by creating a level system and having several different types of trophies. Platinum trophies alone really make achievement/trophy whoring more appealing.


With that said, it doesn't matter that much.

I like the trophies system better, with the different types and the level. That aside though, I like achievements more because some JRPGs have ridiculous trophies that aren't a challenge to anything but time to waste and patience, and then one loses on the platinum instead of some 15 points or something.

This is for when I compare them, outside of comparisons I dislike both.

I really enjoy how easy it is to compare my games with my freinds' games to see who has cracked out more.  Oh, and games for Windows Live rocks!
