I finally got my hands on a slim at a Best Buy in Austin. I've been watching stock at 3 austin stores for months. This was the first i've been able to find a store that even admitted to receiving a shipment let alone having them in stock. Picked up one on Saturday to finally get a "blu-ray player" in the bedroom for the wife. And besides, it's always good to have a back up to my launch 60gb in the den in case it ever needs to be sent to Sony to work on it.
